A quick wipe down with a damp cloth after use is all it needs.
It’s sturdy and durable but also lightweight.
The best thing about cork mats is that they give excellent grip , Cork when wet releases a waxy substance known as Suberin which increases the grip in fact the sweatier you are the more grip cork gives you 🙌🏼 If you aren’t working up a sweat a fine mist of water before exercise will release the suberin for you.
